The department of Endocrinology successfully organized a CME on “New learnings in Diabetic foot complications” at JIPMER on 15th December of 2024.

Around 150 delegates attended the meeting.

Awards and Achievements

Dr Vikas Menon was awarded the 2023 De Leo Fund Award of the International Association of Suicide Prevention given to distinguished scholars in recognition of their body of research work on suicidal behaviours carried out in developing countries. He is the serving Deputy Editor of the Indian Journal of Psychiatry, Chief Associate Editor of the Indian Journal of Psychological Medicine, and the Editor of the International Journal of Advanced Medical and Health Research
