Head of Department:Dr. Rakhee Kar, Professor & Head Locations of the department of Pathology
- Histopathology and Hematology Laboratories: Located in the second floor of General IPD block.
- Cytology Division: Located in the first floor with two entrances; one through the students’ practical hall-II, and the other entrance through the staircase located adjacent to previous Anatomy Dissection hall/ Banting hall [Institute block]
- Students’ Practical Halls: Hall-I in the second floor and Hall- II in the first floor [Institute block].
- FNAC room: Located on the I floor of General OPD block [Past Dental OPD]
- OPD lab (Central Lab): Temporarily located in Screening OPD block, will be shifted to third floor of General OPD block (Past Blood bank)
- IHC Lab: In the second floor of Institute block
- Renal Pathology Lab: First andSecond floor of Institute block.
- Neuromuscular Pathology Lab: Second floor of Institute block, near Pathology office.
- Molecular Pathology Lab: First floor of Institute block (Old IT wing).
