There are 6 units, each headed by a Professor. Each unit has 3-4 faculty members, 2-3 senior residents, 6-7 junior residents and few interns. Each unit has 1 admission day and 1 day for elective surgeries in a week. Rest of the days are utilized for bed side clinics, emergency surgeries, special clinics and academics
