1. Dr. Praveen has completed a study titled ”Role of inflammatory markers in Differentiation and prognostication of gliomas – a prospective cohort study” under the guidance of  Dr.M.Manoranjithakumari and Dr.A.S.Ramesh.
2. Dr.Anirudh Gupta has completed a randomized control study titled “Randomized placebo-controlled trial of intrathecal clot lysis to reduce vasospasm in aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage” under the guidance of  Dr. M.S. Gopalakrishnan.

Ongoing research:

1. The recruitment of the randomized controlled, non-inferiority trial on the effectiveness of head-end elevation versus completely supine (elevated position) to see how fast traumatic pneumocephalus resolves is going on by M.S. Gopalakrishnan.
2. Randomized placebo-controlled trial of intrathecal clot lysis to reduce vasospasm in aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage. MS Gopalakrishnan continuing Anirudh’s thesis topic)
3. Dibyajothi is doing a thesis titled “Assessment of residual tumors and recurrence status of pituitary adenomas and its Clinical, radiological, surgical, and pathological determinants among the patients undergoing endoscopic endonasal transsphenoidal Pituitary adenoma decompression - an ambispective cohort study” under the guidance of Dr.A.S.Ramesh.
4. Tankin Shenoy G is doing a study on the  Association of the extent of surgical resection with the postoperative visual field defect and seizure outcome in patients with mesial temporal sclerosis under the guidance of  Dr. Sathia Prabhu.
5. Karthik Nandam is doing a Randomized controlled trial comparing the outcome of surgical decision-making guided by a bleed-to-brain ratio in computerized tomography scans versus a group where the decision-making is done randomly in the management of traumatic intraparenchymal hematomas guided by Dr. Gopalakrishnan.
6. Mohammed Abdul Azeem is doing a randomized control trial on neurological and radiological outcomes between trans‐facet fixation and lateral mass fixation with rods among the patients undergoing laminectomy with fusion for multilevel cervical spondylosis (CS) and ossified posterior longitudinal ligament(OPLL) with spinal cord compression under the guidance of  Dr.A.S.Ramesh.
7. Dr Renukaradhya is doing a study on the Topic: Assessment of Longitudinal Changes in Retinal Nerve Fibre Layer and Ganglion Cell Layer with Inner Plexiform Layer thickness among patients of Hydrocephalus undergoing VP shunt and Endoscopic Third Ventriculostomy surgeries under the guidance of Dr Gopikrishnan R.
8. Dr Dhairav is doing a study on the Association of serum levels of biomarkers - inorganic phosphorus, uric acid, and lipid profile in patients with severity of ossification of the posterior longitudinal ligament (OPLL) under the guidance of Dr Ramesh A S.
9. Dr Purbaday is doing a study on the topic “ Prognostic accuracy of initial volume of pneumocephalus in index CT scan for predicting successful resolution of traumatic CSF rhinorrhea by conservative management” under the guidance of Dr. Sathia Prabhu.
10. Dr Vikash is doing a study on the Topic “Randomized controlled non-inferiority trial of subperiosteal versus subdural drain placement after burr holes craniostomy surgery for the chronic subdural hematoma to reduce recurrence risk” under the guidance of Dr MS Gopalakrishnan. 
11. Azif Kareem is doing a study on the Topic “Assessment of outcome and its determinants in patients with diffuse axonal injury undergoing treatment in a tertiary care hospital: An Observational Study”  under the guidance of Dr Gopikrishnan R.
12. Bommu Divya Teja is doing a study on the Topic - Clinical utility of UCH-L1, GFAP, and MBP for predicting traumatic brain injury among patients with mild head trauma presenting in a tertiary health centre in South India. Guide: Dr Waseem Ahamed T P.
13. Dr. Lakshmi Sriram is doing a study on the topic: Efficacy and feasibility of cisternostomy along with decompressive hemicraniectomy for malignant middle cerebral artery infarction strokes: a pilot interventional study under the guidance of  Dr Manoranjitha Kumari.
14. Misbah Naaz is doing a study on the Topic “Clinical Utility of diffusion tensor imaging in predicting functional motor improvement in patients with non surgically managed traumatic cervical cord injury - A prospective observational study” under the guidance of Dr. A. Sathia Prabhu.
15. Parth Acharya is doing a study on the Topic “ Assessment of Aphasia Recovery and Its Association with Initial CT Brain Profile among the Patients with Traumatic Brain Injury in a Tertiary Healthcare Center in South India,” under the guidance of Dr. Manoranjitha Kumari Mani.
