The following post graduate students came second in the Tamil Nadu Pondicherry State Level Quiz of Indian Society of Hematology and Blood Transfusion 2017 and have qualified for the South Zone Quiz to be held in Bangalore.

Another team from JIPMER, comprising of Dr. Divya P (Pathology), Dr. Vamsidhar V (Medicine) and Dr. Naveen Kumar P (Medicine) came third. The quiz was won by CMC, Vellore in a nail biting finish. The state level quiz was held in JIPMER on 26th August 2017 as a part of the Hemat CME conducted under the aegis of Pondicherry Chapter of ISHBT by the Depts of Pathology and Transfusion Medicine. The quiz was conducted by Dr. B. Abhishekh, Asst Prof, Dept. of Transfusion Medicine.
