CIRCULAR
Sub: Final year PG Orientation Programme for MD/MS & DM/MCh - 14.11.2019 to 16.11.2019 - Reg.
The Postgraduate Orientation Programme for the final year MD/MS & DM/MCh (June 2020 exam going) students is scheduled to be held from 14.11.2019 to 16.11.2019 in the Department of Medical Education, IV Floor, JIPMER Academic Center, JIPMER.
All the Heads of the Departments/Divisions are kindly requested to send the soft copy of the list of nominated Final Year MD/MS & DM/MCh (June 2020 exam going) students as per the format given below on or before 31.10.2019 to nttc[dot]jipmer[at]gmail[dot]com.
Please inform the participants to bring a fully charged laptop with preloaded SPSS (minimum of trial version), their own collected thesis data (even if incomplete) entered in excel charts and a pen-drive. The registered participants must come on time and attend all the sessions on all days.
Registration for the Programme will start sharp at 8.30 am on 14.11.2019.
The Heads of the Departments are requested to exempt the participants from night duty from 13.11.2019 to 16.11.2019 for active participation in the programme. The students are requested to check their inbox for further communication regarding the programme.
