Dr. Sivapriya Vaidyanathan, final year resident has won the prestigious “Professor Dr V.Balan award” for best postgraduate research paper for her study titled “Comparison of group behavioural parent training with individual parent training for preschool children with ADHD- RCT” in the recently concluded 34th annual conference of the Tamil Nadu Psychiatric Society (TANPSYCON 2019) held at Karaikal, Pondicherry from July 12-14th, 2019.The research work was carried out under the guidance of Dr. Preeti Kandasamy, Associate Professor of Psychiatry and Dr. Venkatesh Chandrasekaran, Associate Professor of Paediatrics, JIPMER.
